A compositing exercise built around atmosphere and visual integration. Romantic Paris combines isolated elements, colour work and 3D compositing into a unified moving image.
Compositing approach
Kai used rotoscoping to separate and control image elements, then applied colour grading and 3D compositing to bring the shot components into a consistent scene.
Tools
Nuke X was used for the compositing work, with Adobe Premiere Pro supporting the edit and final assembly.
