Battle of Fort Siloso extended-reality experience

A location-based XR production for Sentosa and the Singapore Tourism Board. Kai’s documented contribution centred on animation leadership and the production work needed to connect an animation team with a wider technical delivery.

Experience context

The project was a public outdoor extended-reality experience enabled by 5G and staged in Sentosa. It required visual content to sit inside a broader experience involving location, devices, connectivity and multiple production disciplines.

The evidence pack includes public press captures associated with the experience. They provide context for the deployed work but do not, by themselves, establish audience reach or performance.

My contribution

Kai led an animation team, coordinated production, managed interns and supported collaboration across teams. That contribution was operational as well as creative: keeping animation work moving while aligning deliverables with dependencies outside the animation group.

This case study describes Kai’s animation and coordination remit; the overall XR experience was a multi-team outcome and is not presented as a solo production.

Evidence boundary

The supplied portfolio material documents the client context, 5G-enabled XR format, leadership responsibilities and press coverage. No audience totals, conversion figures, awards or independent impact measures were supplied, so none are claimed here.
